Senior Fitness Schedule

 

Summer I, 2019 Class Session

Adult Fitness Classes  June 3rd - July 7 (No Classes July 4-5)
 
Adult Aquatics Classes  June 17- July 6 (No Classes July 4)
 
YMCA Youth Swim Lessons June 17 - August 3 (No classes the week of July 4th)
 
Youth Gymnastics Lessons June 3 - July 14 (No classes June 17 - June 23, July 4)

There will be no gymnastics or aerials June 17th - June 23rd, due to Nationals.

BALANCE - STRETCH - STRENGTH

Class meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00am

This is a low impact class for those over 60, new to exercise, or wanting to work on functional basics. This workout will spend different days featuring the stability ball, dumbbells and resistance bands.

Specially designed for those 60+. This class splits between Studio work for balance, core, and flexibility AND Circuit Room work that focuses on strength training.

Fee: $3/age 60+ or $5

Calm you mind through meditative breathing in this chair-based class. Work on both flexibility & strength. Standing and seating exercises offed for various challenges based on ability.
