There will be no gymnastics or aerials June 17th - June 23rd, due to Nationals.

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly way of working out. Instead of listening to music you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Whether you are a veteran cycler or a newbie this class will give you an effective cardio workout at any level. Ride to the motivating beat with surges, hills, jumps, sprints, and jogs on the bike. This is a high-intensity (or lower if you choose to stay seated), but a low-impact scorcher! Bring a towel & water. Come early for a customized bike set-up. Seats 9 maximum per class.
